How to Pay Pasadena Water and Power Bill

Pay Pasadena Water and Power Bill by Phone:
- Pay your Pasadena Water and Power bill using the automated phone system. You can choose to pay your bill through an automated phone system. While making the payment, you will require a PWP account number and PIN ready. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards to make payments. And you have to dial 626.744.4005 on your phone. You can also use the ATM card to make payments in person.

How the Penalty Fees Work
- You will be charged several services and penalty fees by the Pasadena Water and Power bill. These are the following fees that you have to pay:
- Returned Checks: If your payment check is returned by the bank due to an insufficient balance, you have to pay returned check fees.
- Late Payments: If you cannot make your utility bill payment by the due date, you have to pay the late payment fees.
- Collection Fees: you have the collection fees if the payment is collected from your home.
- Disconnection and Reconnection: You also have to pay a fee for disconnection and reconnection.
Things to Do If You Can’t Pay the Bill
- These following programs are available for customers who cannot pay their utility bill:
- EUAP: If you meet a specific guideline, you can apply for the EUAP or Residential Electric Utility Assistance Program. The customers have to provide proof of income to apply.
- Pasadena Cares: If your age is above 62 or older, then you can apply for this program. To apply, you must meet a certain income guideline. If you get qualified for this program, you will receive a credit of $7.50 per month to pay your bill.
- Pasadena Cares Plus: It is the same as the Pasadena Cares, but the income guideline is quite lower than the Pasadena Cares. Same as Pasadena Cares, you will receive a credit of $7.50.
- PWP also provides LIHEAP programs. If you meet certain income guidelines, you can apply for this program. It will help you to pay your utility bill for heating and cooling costs.
